Information collected
The owner confirms collection of names, telephone numbers, email addresses, course enquiries, child information and age, photographs, videos, and student work or portfolios. Payment information is excluded from the collection scope confirmed for this work. This does not mean that every category is collected from every person.
Purposes — proposed for review

The owner confirms that children’s photos and videos are used for publicity and that permission is requested from parents or guardians through LINE chat. Classroom recording must be distinguished from public or advertising use of photos and videos. The website owner’s answers are not consent from a child or guardian. Storage and access
The owner identifies Google Drive as the storage service and Teacher Num as the authorised user. Actual account and sharing settings have not been audited. Other recipients and processing locations remain unverified; this draft does not claim that processing takes place only in Thailand.
Retention
The owner has approved the following periods for this draft:
- Enquiries from people who have not enrolled: 3 years after the last contact.
- Student information and learning records: during enrolment and 10 years after the final course ends.
- Student work and portfolios: 10 years after course completion, to support further education.
- Original classroom photos and videos: 5 years after the activity ends.
- Promotional media with permission: up to 10 years, with an annual necessity review and subject to the permission terms. The owner specifies 23 October 2026 as the start of this retention period. Retention does not extend any individual permission to publish.
Teacher Num is responsible for reviewing and deleting the data. These periods are approved for the draft. No automatic deletion has been configured and no actual data has been deleted. Analytics and advertising
The owner has approved preparation of Accept / Reject / Settings controls, with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel awaiting consent. Acceptance, rejection, category choices and withdrawal have been tested using local mock trackers; real tracker execution remains disabled even after acceptance. This does not establish that the live-site consent integration is ready. The owner intends to retain Google Analytics and Meta Pixel on the live website. Actual integration, data and purposes, and audience coverage still require verification for the final notice. Meta CAPI has not been specifically confirmed. Email and tracking remain disabled in staging; these answers do not activate tracking.
Requests and rights
Requests may be made through the existing LINE chat, with Teacher Num responsible. Deletion or consent-withdrawal requests will be handled without delay and within 30 days of receipt, as confirmed by the owner, subject to any shorter applicable legal deadline. Withdrawal does not automatically permit continued use of media based on that consent while waiting for this period to expire.
For access or copy requests that cannot lawfully be refused, Section 30 requires action without delay and within 30 days. This draft is being tested only on an isolated WordPress copy. It is not an effective notice and does not replace the live policy.
